Please note, at this stage, we are currently unable to ship to Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and regional and remotes areas of Queensland.

Apistar ships queen bees every Monday - Wednesday (depending on your geographical location and the weather) in secure, ventilated queen cages via Australia Post Express Parcel at a flat rate of $18.49 inc GST. Upon arrival, please introduce the queen to your hive as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: Whilst we take every precaution to ensure queen bees shipped arrive unharmed, we cannot guarantee that shipped queens will arrive alive, as there is always a risk when sending queens by mail. No replacement will be provided if a queen does not survive for any reason, as this is beyond our control.

Processing Time

All orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. We use a range of couriers to ship your order, including (but not limited to): CouriersPlease, Aramex, Australia Post, TNT.

Please note, bulky items may require a manual freight quote by our Customer Service. If your order is too large for online calculation, this will be displayed during checkout with additional instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

  • Regional areas: 3-5 business days
  • Rural or remote areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and any unforeseen courier delays.

International Orders
