Storage

Store the fondant in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure the packaging is kept sealed to maintain freshness.

Directions for use

Simply cut open the package and place the fondant directly on top of the frames or in a top feeder. Ensure it is easily accessible for the bees. Replenish as needed, especially during times of low nectar flow or in colder months when forage is limited.

Processing Time

All orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. We use a range of couriers to ship your order, including (but not limited to): CouriersPlease, Aramex, Australia Post, TNT.

Please note, bulky items may require a manual freight quote by our Customer Service. If your order is too large for online calculation, this will be displayed during checkout with additional instructions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
